Using techniques I learned at some of the nations top salons such as Frederic Fekkai, Cristophe Salon, Jose Eber’ and the Vidal Sassoon Academy my goal is to create a look that is fresh and classically beautiful. Hair that is elegant, stylish and sophisticated never goes out of style. It is an on going tradition and a way of being that is admired and appreciated by one and all.

Hair Extensions
Extensions may be used to increase body or add length to hair. Whether you’re in the entertainment industry, a business professional, or a professional mom, extensions can give you an entirely new look in one afternoon. The below scrolling slide show provides a short visual of the process used to add extensions. Dependent upon the number of extensions, the process may take up to 5 hours (for a lot of extensions). The first and last pictures in the slide show have the extensions laid out on the table.
Balayage, a French word meaning ‘to sweep’ is a method of highlighting that lightens the hair gradually from root to tip. The technique achieves an ultra-natural effect by mimicking nature’s way of lightening hair. To balayage the hair, I paint on a special lightening agent imported from France using a brush and paddle in a sweeping motion. Foils are not used resulting in no line of demarcation. Because there is no line of demarcation, many clients have found this technique allows them to extend the time between highlighting appointments by as much as an additional month resulting in an annual savings in time an money.
The balayage technique gives me much more freedom to create natural low/highlights resulting in less methodical streaks in your hair. This provides ultimate control over color application, allows for less outgrowth, much more color contrast within the hair and since the process requires no foils, the hair experiences minimal damage, which is key for those with long hair.
The end result is various shades of blond and honey-toned hues that appear to be the most natural looking highlights ever. Because the method is less regimented, it gives me much more creative freedom similar to an artist on a canvas.
Very few colorists in Las Vegas or San Diego County specialize in this technique. None that I know of use the product I import. Having learned and committed to balayage from the beginning of my career, I have developed a natural artistic style that ensures you leave the salon with beautiful natural highlights.

Hair Restoration
Brazilian Hair Straightening through the use of Global Keratin allows your hair to return to its pristine healthy, shiny, smooth, and conditioned state. Keratin is the primary protein of the skin, hair, and nails making Global Keratin ideal in reducing frizz and making hair more manageable. It’s ideal for all types of hair, including colored, permed, relaxed, highlighted, bleached, and even virgin hair.
The application process lasts anywhere from 1½ to 3 hours, depending on the length and thickness of the hair. After Global Keratin is applied, it is sealed with a flat iron at 450˚F to trap moisture, hydrate the hair, and create a glossy finish.
Results are immediately visible, and your hair looks healthy, shiny and frizz-free for up to five months. Repeating the keratin treatment every few months will continue to improve the quality of new hair growth, for smoother and more manageable hair every day.
